Born from the fantasy of the infinite variety of colors and shapes of the 16th century hot-air-balloons that carried the Montgolfier brothers and, subsequently, many others to the conquest of flight, our papier-mâché  hot-air-balloons are made, painted, waxed and aged by hand before the wicker basket gondola is suspended on cotton “cables.”
